This declaration states your explicit consent regarding the processing of personal data collected by Çelenkler Umut Olsun as data controller during donation transactions.
Explicit Consent Declaration
I consent to the processing of my name, surname, identity information (tax office/number for corporate donations), email, phone, address and payment information by Çelenkler Umut Olsun based on my explicit consent under KVKK Article 5/1 for the following purposes:
- Collecting the donation and issuing the receipt
- Transferring the donation to the selected NGO partner
- Sending donation status notifications to me
- Keeping records under legal obligations
Transfer
Your data is transferred to PayTR, our payment infrastructure provider, only for collection, and to the email service Resend for receipt and thank-you delivery. Personal data other than donation amount is not transferred to NGO partners; only anonymous/aggregate donation information is shared. International transfer occurs only for cloud infrastructure (Firebase) and under KVKK Article 9.
Retention Period
Financial records (receipt and payment data) are kept for 10 years. Other contact information is deleted within 30 days after an account deletion request, except where legal retention obligations apply.
Your Rights
You may exercise your rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, transfer, and object under KVKK Article 11 at any time. For requests, contact kvkk@cuo.org or open a "Delete My Data" request in your account.
This text is evaluated as a consent statement together with the KVKK checkbox on the donation form. You may withdraw consent at any time; however, receipts issued before withdrawal cannot be deleted during the legal retention period.
